Every year, each Sun Devil Athletics head coach (or his or her designee) must submit to the Compliance Office the appropriate form detailing the team’s competitions and declared playing season. The declaration form must be submitted before the beginning of the sport’s playing season or the first day of the academic year (whichever is earlier) unless otherwise noted on the form. The appropriate sport-specific forms are available in TCR. Additionally, the Compliance Office must be notified in writing of and approve any changes to the declared playing season after the original submission.
